Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Graduate Development Program. As a Graduate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing projects, analyzing data, and communicating with stakeholders. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure project success

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as construction management, engineering, or business
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry
  • Eligible to live and work in Canada
  • Ability to travel to client offices and project sites as required
