Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at B.C LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
