Role Overview
Farm Credit Canada is seeking a skilled professional to support our sales team in building relationships with local producers and helping them access financing. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Relationship Managers to identify and communicate with high-potential customers and prospects, creating sales opportunities and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and communicate with high-potential customers and prospects, creating sales opportunities.
- Answer customer inquiries in a thorough and professional manner, creating sales opportunities and driving business growth.
- Assist in the loan approval process, ensuring accurate completion of documentation and timely resolution of issues.
- Review loan files and enter customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy.
Requirements
- A diploma in business and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Specialized knowledge of lending procedures and approaches.
- A passion for agriculture and a love for building customer relationships.
