About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at Green Diamond Equipment Ltd. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Keep accurate maintenance reports and documentation, providing valuable insights for future maintenance and repairs.
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance, ensuring it meets manufacturer standards.
  • Attach components and adjust new farm equipment, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Service attachments and working tools, maintaining optimal performance.
  • Verify and repair emission control systems, ensuring environmental compliance.
Requirements
  • Agricultural Equipment Technician Red Seal Certificate.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions.
