About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy, counseling, and case management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and substance use issues.
  • Participate in clinical research and program evaluation activities to improve care and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with clients and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
