Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health and substance use needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including short-term interventions and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, promoting self-determination and independence.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance client-centered care.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
- Two years of recent experience working with clients and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders.
- Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association.
- Valid Class V British Columbia driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
