Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Prosper Immigration Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, schedule shifts, provide guidance and performance feedback.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure prompt and friendly service, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards, enforce regulations, conduct inspections.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage inventory, control costs, streamline processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training, promote continuous learning.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare paperwork including production and quality reports.
Work Schedule
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Weekend availability
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Food & Beverage industry for candidates Inside Canada and 3 years experience for candidates outside Canada
  • CLB 6 Minimum in English
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in technology used in food service
