Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Lake Country, British Columbia. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food to guests.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff follow procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage and report to management.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures and ensure skill transfer to new employees.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and corporate brand standards.
- Deal with cash, opening, and closing procedures with accuracy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as required.
- Maintain a positive climate relationship between team members.
- Punctuality.
- Team player.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task.
We offer a comprehensive benefit package to full-time employees after their 3-month probation is up. This includes dental, eye glass coverage, prescription, and varying types of physio. All are a portion of out-of-pocket expenses.
