About the Role

Meadowside Cleaning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our cleaning services meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to cleaning staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Report on Cleaning Performance: Track and report on cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the cleaning industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: WHMIS Certificate and bondable.
Working Conditions
