About the Role

Meadowside Cleaning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our cleaning services meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
  • Monitor and Report on Cleaning Performance: Track and report on cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Environment

Meadowside Cleaning is a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment.
