Job Title: Handyman/Woman

United City Cartage Ltd. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment, and appliances.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Supervise and assist other workers as needed.
  • Advertise vacancies and show apartments and offices to prospective tenants.
  • Work with minimal supervision and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and organized.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work in a private sector environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure.
  • Repetitive tasks.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Language:

English.

Work Schedule:

30 to 40 hours per week.
