Job Title: Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Handyman will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and installations in our factory or plant setting. This includes operating industrial vacuum cleaners, making adjustments to heating and cooling systems, and performing minor repairs to electrical and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility, initiative, and reliability
Work Environment:

The Handyman will work in a fast-paced factory or plant setting with a physically demanding workload. The ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Working Hours:

The working hours are 35 hours per week.
