We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LA MARQUEZA MEXICAN FOODS. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and execute menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain the highest standards of food quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, and that all food safety protocols are followed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
