The Four Seasons Hotel Montreal is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team in the Food and Beverage division at the MARCUS Restaurant and Lounge.

Job Summary:

  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and training to hourly employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain high standards of guest experience and property standards through proactive monitoring and resolution of issues.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Index (KPI) scores to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Degree or certification in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, with experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
