We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Crossroads Country Market. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision and workflow.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Gratuities.
