Responsabilités
- Vous répondrez, en anglais et en français, aux demandes de facturation des clients, identifierez les besoins uniques de chaque client, répondrez aux préoccupations, prendrez les paiements et exercerez l'intelligence émotionnelle pour améliorer l'expérience client.
- Vous communiquerez avec les clients par le biais d'appels entrants reliées à la facturation, les paiements, les services existants et nouveaux, les offres promotionnelles et la mise à niveau / rétrogradation des services.
- Vous adopterez une approche consultative avec les clients qui rencontrent des problèmes avec leur service en s'appropriant du problème et de la résolution.
- Vous utiliserez plusieurs systèmes informatiques pour rechercher des produits, des services, des problèmes communs et des solutions offertes.
- Vous documenterez les besoins, les interactions et les résultats des clients dans l'outil ou le système approprié, y compris la création de demandes supplémentaires si les problèmes ne peuvent pas être résolus en temps réel.
- Vous créerez un facteur « WOW » dans chaque interaction grâce à des compétences de communication exceptionnelles, en s'appropriant de l'interaction et de la rapidité du service.

Compétences requises
- Vous devez être âgé de 18 ans ou plus.

- Vous devez démontrer une nature aimante, supportante et amicale dans chaque interaction avec la plus grande confiance et l'urgence.
- Vous devez être à l'aise avec les ordinateurs, capable de travailler à un bureau et de travailler avec plusieurs moniteurs.
- Vous devez être orienté vers les résultats et capable de fournir des recommandations et des solutions aux clients.
- Vous devez avoir des compétences de communication exceptionnelles en français et en anglais, tant orales que écrites.
