Job Summary: Bilingual Collection Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong focus on customer care and sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and make customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements.
  • Handle each call with professionalism and respect, ensuring customer and business needs are satisfied.
  • Resolve customer account discrepancies and protect customer information.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations.


Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong communication and computer navigation skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Committed to learning and growing within the business.
  • One year of experience in a high-volume call center environment is an asset.
  • Collection experience is considered an asset.

Compensation: Hourly rate up to $20.00/hr, health and dental benefits.
