About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist Clerk to join our team at GladdenWorld Education Consultants ltd. as an Administrative Support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
    • Record and relay important information to colleagues and management
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
    • Send invoices and manage payment processing
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Familiarity with spreadsheet software and data entry
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
    • Reliability and ability to multitask and manage time effectively
    Requirements
    • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
    • Permanent employment with 32-40 hours per week
    • Fluency in English language
