About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, with assistance from other team members as needed.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and sales representatives, adhering to established criteria.
  • Take proactive measures to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner, ensuring follow-up and verification of commitments.
  • Suggest relevant products and alternatives proactively, based on client needs.
  • Promote our flagship products.
  • Inform the appropriate person (center manager, external sales representatives) of client comments regarding price, products, services, etc.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the center, as needed (e.g., receiving and sorting mail, preparing deposits, accounts payable, freight claims, document processing for invoicing, cash reconciliation, and other assigned tasks).
  • Take a proactive approach to improving technical knowledge through available training on various product ranges and learning opportunities.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed (purchasing/stock management).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Interest and ability to perform sales and purchasing/stock management tasks, as needed.
  • Ability and desire to develop and expand skills.

This is a role with potential for advancement.
