Your Role: Regional Facilities Supervisor, Western Canada

Reporting to the Director of Real Estate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our real estate assets across Western Canada meet regulatory standards and deliver optimal performance. You'll be responsible for overseeing facilities, managing relationships with landlords, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure strict adherence to lease agreements and real estate regulations. Conduct thorough site inspections, identify potential safety hazards, and implement corrective measures promptly.
  • Operational Excellence: Promote efficient workflows and standardized processes across all facilities. Collaborate with property managers to optimize operational costs and enhance sustainability practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with landlords, internal teams, and external partners. Communicate effectively, gather feedback, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Financial Stewardship: Actively participate in budgeting processes, monitor cost control measures, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in property management, lease administration, and facilities oversight.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate principles, financial aspects, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
