Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key staff member, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop their self-confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inform inquiring parents about our educational programs and services
  • Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers to ensure seamless operations
  • Set up and administer assessments to measure student progress
  • Establish and oversee student learning programs to meet individual needs
  • Ensure that our educational philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
  • Create a fun and energetic learning environment that fosters student engagement
  • Effectively master our teaching philosophy and coach other teaching members of the team
Requirements
  • Minimum university degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Languages, Math, and Business preferred)
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
  • Additional language(s) spoken is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Work experience in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
  • Work experience in a business environment is an asset
  • Experience with billing cycles required
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service (experience in sales is preferred)
  • Training and management experience an asset

Salary

$21 - $23 / hour

Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday: 2pm - 8pm
  • Fridays: 9am - 3pm (optional)
