Education Coordinator Opportunity

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Coordinator to join our team in Kitchener, ON.

About the Role:

This part-time position involves working closely with centre staff, teachers, and parents to provide exceptional educational experiences for students of all ages. As an Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Informing inquiring parents about our Oxford Learning programs
  • Organizing schedules for students, staff, and teachers
  • Setting up and administering assessments
  • Establishing and overseeing student learning programs
  • Ensuring the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the centre
  • Creating a fun and energetic learning environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum university degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills
  • Additional language(s) spoken is an asset
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and online communication apps
  • Strong phone skills and experience in customer service

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday 2pm - 8pm and Fridays 9am - 3pm (optional). Relocation packages are not available, and vulnerable sector screening is mandatory. A minimum 2-year commitment is required.
