Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all cash handling transactions.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer requests and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring that all merchandise is accurately stocked and displayed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cashiers, provide guidance and support as needed, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Job Type: Permanent.
