Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Ponderosa Motor Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work, maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 hotel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Requisition materials and supplies, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in customer service and hotel operations.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
