Position: Mechanical Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on a fleet of vehicles
- Oversee parts inventory and supply management
- Schedule and organize daily, weekly, and annual maintenance tasks
- Lead, mentor, and assess the performance of team members
- Optimize costs while maintaining high-quality repair standards
- Source materials and manage parts procurement
- Engage in the purchasing of tools and equipment
- Monitor warranty claims and processes
- Ensure the smooth operation of fleet management
Qualifications:
- Completion of DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics
- Familiarity with diesel and electric propulsion systems
- Experience with Cummins, Wabco, Outlook, and Allison software
- Understanding of hydraulic braking systems
- PEP card is considered an asset
- Must possess a valid Canadian work permit
