Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at The Framers Group. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the site is safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Help medical examiner in charge
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Experience with equipment and machinery, including bobcats, reciprocating saws, circular saws, concrete saws, drills, and sledgehammers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment
Work Environment:

The work site environment will be outdoors, with potential exposure to dusty conditions. The work setting will be at various locations, with the possibility of working underground.
