Project Coordination:

We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Project Coordinator with robust skills in technical sales support to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of electronic security initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.

  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and generate recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Technical Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client needs and provide technical assistance in the design and configuration of electronic security systems.

  • Conduct site assessments to determine optimal security solutions for clients.
  • Develop comprehensive system designs, including layout plans, equipment selection, and integration requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project quotations.
  • Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management within the electronic security sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
