Job Title: Legal Counsel Compliance Specialist

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel Compliance Specialist to join its growing in-house legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal compliance and risk management, with experience in the professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive legal services during the pursuit, negotiation, and delivery stages for complex projects.
  • Provide legal advice as a trusted advisor to the Intelligence Legal Director and senior leaders worldwide.
  • Develop proactive protocols to identify and manage routine project risks within the Intelligence business area.
  • Collaborate across the Legal, Compliance, and Privacy departments for the professional growth and development of the legal team.
Requirements:
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or an equivalent body.
  • At least four years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house or from a top law firm.
  • Experience conducting legal research on public contracting laws, negotiating and drafting complex agreements, and managing risk for related projects.
