Voyago is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Para Transit Driver to join our team in London, Ontario.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled driver to transport passengers along a pre-assigned route, ensuring their safety and comfort. As a Para Transit Driver, you will be responsible for performing basic vehicle inspections, handling wheelchairs, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Transport passengers safely and efficiently along a pre-assigned route
- Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order
- Handle wheelchairs and other mobility aids with care and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Valid Ontario G-class driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable working around service animals
- Knowledge of the city of London
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
