Job Title: Para Transit Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Para Transit Driver to join our team at Voyago Transportation in London, Ontario. As a Para Transit Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along a pre-assigned route, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order at the start of each shift.
  • Transport passengers safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Ontario G-class driver's license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • The ability to obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Comfort working around service animals.
  • A sound knowledge of the city of London.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
