  • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with industry materials and methods
  • Collaboration: Capable of independent work and team collaboration
  • Physical Demands: Proficient with hand and power tools, and small engine equipment
  • Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently
  • Work Schedule: Experience near heavy machinery and outdoor conditions, with flexibility for varied hours including weekends
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in snow removal preferred
  • Soft Skills: Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
  • Communication: Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Availability: Willing to work 50+ hours a week and weekends as required.
