Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at CUSTOM KART INC. as a Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities- Network Access Management: Provide secure access to computer networks for employees and ensure that all network connections are properly configured.
- System Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- User Support: Respond promptly to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues.
- Research and Development: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
- Problem Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents effectively, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring that all necessary software and hardware are properly installed and configured.
