Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Mon Cherie Salon Spa Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Coordinate the daily schedules of spa staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
    • Plan and schedule spa services, including massages, facials, and other treatments.
  • Staff Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of spa equipment and machinery.
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week.
