Key Responsibilities- Work Term: Permanent

- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Our restaurant offers a fast-paced atmosphere where you will be challenged to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Primary Duties- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Order food and kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Train new employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare budget plans and cost projections.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit operational reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the head chef.
This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong focus on attention to detail.
