Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Restaurant Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BAR BURRITO. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient systems to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that all necessary items are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure that our restaurant is fully staffed and that all staff members are performing to the best of their ability.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, providing detailed information on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
