Position Overview

Waste Connections of Canada Inc. is actively seeking qualified candidates for the role of Class 3 Truck Operator. This position is essential for providing reliable waste and recycling collection services in the Calgary area. Key Responsibilities

As a Front Load Waste Collection Driver, your primary duties will include:

  • Safely transporting waste and recycling materials to designated transfer stations or landfills.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
  • Working in various weather conditions to meet service demands.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage along with additional incentives:

  • Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.
  • $29.00 per hour.
  • Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, based on a 10-hour day.
  • Retirement savings plans and other benefits.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license (newly licensed drivers are encouraged to apply).
  • Clean driving record, including CVOR and Abstract.
  • Experience with Front Load driving is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Class 3 driving is preferred.
