Class 3 Driver Position

Waste Connections of Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Class 3 Truck Driver to join our team in the Calgary district. As a Front Load Garbage Truck Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and transporting waste and recyclables in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class 3 truck to collect and transport waste and recyclables
  • Ensure all waste and recyclables are properly loaded and secured on the truck
  • Deliver waste and recyclables to designated transfer stations or landfills
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Maintain accurate records of waste and recyclables collected and delivered

Requirements:

  • Class 3 driver's license
  • Clean CVOR and Abstract
  • Front Load driving experience an asset
  • 2-3 years of Class 3 driving experience preferred

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $29.00
  • Full-time position with benefits
  • Monday to Friday schedule with a 10-hour day
