Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating decisioning and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and provide recommendations to support lending decisions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, processes, and systems to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of lending processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,600.00 - $119,700.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
