International Human Rights Program Coordinator

CoDevelopment Canada is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Human and Labour Rights Program Director. This is a 0.8 full-time permanent position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with partners in Latin America and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor international solidarity projects and activities
- Facilitate solidarity-based partnerships between Latin American and Canadian partners
- Communicate with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
