","WHAT YOU\u0027LL NEED:
Post-Secondary Education
Experience with TAM and EPIC is an asset.
Prior customer experience training is an asset.
R.I.B. Ontario licensed is mandatory.
Over 1-year personal lines experience in sales or service.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask using digital procedures and technology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Advanced written and verbal skills to manage high customer expectations and resolve conflicts.
Ability to identify challenges and overcome them through problem solving and teamwork.
Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
