About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Specialist to join our team at Tom's Family Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
