About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our team at INFINITY HVAC LTD. As a key member of our installation and service team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining sheet metal products in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation
    • Design duct systems to meet customer specifications
    • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes
  • Sheet Metal Fabrication
    • Measure and mark sheet metal according to template
    • Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal
    • Grind and buff seams, joints and rough surfaces
  • Quality Control
    • Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts to ensure quality and accuracy
    • Inspect and test sheet metal products to ensure they meet customer specifications
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation
  • Physical Demands
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling
    • Ability to work in a dusty environment
