About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team at INFINITY HVAC LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for fabricating and installing sheet metal products for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Fabrication: Design and fabricate sheet metal products, including duct systems, according to specifications and building codes.
  • Installation: Install sheet metal products, including heating and cooling systems, in various locations.
  • Metalworking: Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test fabricated products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with installation teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in metalworking machines, ability to work at heights, and physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, judgement, and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Dusty work environment with occasional overtime required.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects.
