Job Summary:

The Restoration Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects, leading restoration crews to operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop accurate project scopes and estimates using computer software, obtain customer approval, and coordinate crews and resources to ensure timely project completion.
  • Customer Communication: Review job site documentation, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Team Management: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training team members, and manage production expenses and assets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all restoration projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma/GED; higher education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience and 3 years of industry experience.
  • Certifications: IICRC certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to undergo a background check.
