Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at On Side Restoration. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the restoration of property after a disaster of any sort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.
- Quality control of all aspects of the job.
- Manage and direct restoration staff in a supportive team environment during disaster remediation efforts, cleaning and packing, rebuilding, and project completion.
- Assess damage and determine the scope of work needed.
- Provide superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience in the restoration industry.
- Experience with Xactimate.
- A passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Open to working after hours and on weekends.
- Problem-solving and priority management skills.
- Computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
- Clean criminal record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ongoing commitment to self-development.
- Will to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates.
