Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead our restoration teams and oversee all aspects of assigned projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring accurate scope of work and timely completion.
  • Negotiate with customers and clients to secure project approvals and estimates.
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration crews, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Review job site documentation to ensure proper billing and client requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
  • Manage production expenses, including equipment, vehicles, and material assets.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage customer and client experience, tracking satisfaction and online reviews.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • IICRC certification a plus.
Skills and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
