About the Role

VON Canada is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Nova Scotia. As a Visiting Nurse, you will provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in their homes and other settings across the province.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to clients in their homes and other settings
  • Manage diabetes, dialysis, IV medications, and other complex conditions
  • Perform phlebotomy, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Document client information and progress

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Nova Scotia
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
