Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of shipments, including verifying inventory levels and updating records as necessary.
  • Manage the transfer of products between warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and process commercial invoices and electronic manifests for LTL shipments.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to assign duties and prioritize tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with experience in ERP systems and logistics software an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the steel industry or warehouse environment.
  • Knowledge of Syteline (ERP) software.
