Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to fulfill the expanding needs of our organization. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine passion for identifying the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in qualified candidates.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess staffing requirements and provide expert recruitment guidance.
  • Leverage various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future vacancies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of hiring strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Work with management to identify and resolve employee engagement challenges.
  • Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to enhance engagement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Orientation: Create and deliver orientation programs, develop onboarding materials, and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Talent Development: Assess training needs, establish career pathways, and assist in developing training programs.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews, implement performance improvement plans, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, conduct exit interviews, and gather insights to improve retention.
  • Employer Branding: Formulate and execute employer branding strategies, manage online presence, and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate for diversity initiatives and support inclusive practices.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and company-wide gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter or in a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with candidates.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employee engagement and relations is advantageous.
