- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth store operations
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management
- Basic security clearance
- Own transportation
- Ability to work 35 hours per week
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve store goals.
